The Estate and River Views
Our Holiday House is a self-catering facility.
The property is situated on the bank of the Vaal River and extend 20 000 m2, less than 100km from Johannesburg.
Our Holiday House presents itself as an ideal setting for large families, business groups, fishermen or golfing tours.

Entertainment Building
The large entertainment area is located separate from the house next to the swimming pool and consists of a:
- Build in bar with a large underbar fridge,
- Pool table and dart board,
- Lounge,
- Large Screen Smart Tv with full DSTV service.
- Dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen – electric stove, 2 Fridges, 2 Freezer, Microwave oven, kettle, toaster and utilities
- Scullery
- 2 toilets
- Handwash basin
- 1 shower.
Entertainment Veranda
Flanking the entertainment area is a large undercover and tiled veranda, with 2 large tables and 16 chairs as well as an outdoor lounge suite (16-seater).
- There is also a built-in braai and gas braai on the veranda.
- Two build-in fans.
Pool and Boma Area
Adjacent to the veranda is a swimming pool and Boma.
Jetty and Boathouse
The property has one of the longest Jetties on the river and can easily accommodate 6 boats.
Launching of boats can be done from the premises.
Tractor available to assist with launching.
Water, Electricity and Services
The property has its own borehole and 3 French drains.
Electricity is provided by Eskom. No back-up electricity is available.
Wi-Fi
Free wi-fi is available on the premises.
Peak season Rates ( Long weekends, December and School Holidays)
Minimum of R 5500.00 per night which includes the use of 6 en-suite rooms, which sleeps 12 guests.
Plus R550.00 per night per non-en-suite double room and/or communal rooms.
Plus R5000.00 breakage deposit.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
The balance is to be paid 30 days before the day of arrival

Firewood (kameeldoring) can be arranged at R150.00 per large bag (18 -20 kg).
Additional housekeeping services R 550.00 per day. Please refer to Housekeeping and service for more information.
Low Season Rates
Minimum of R 4000.00 per night which includes the use of 6 en-suite rooms, which sleeps 12 guests.
Plus R500.00 per night per non-en-suite double room and/or communal rooms.
Plus R5000.00 breakage deposit.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
The balance is to be paid 14 days before the day of arrival

All payments must be made via EFT.
